Health, Safety and Environmental Policy

To ensure the desired level of strict compliance, we have initiated documented policies to identify and classify potential risks to all concerned and have implemented the requisite safety procedures, check points and controls to minimize workplace accidents and hazards. We employ specialized and well trained sessions for our employees in connection with our HSE policies. It had been always our policy to impart safety training to all our technicians, supervisors and engineers on regular basis. Thus our site in charge is always also a well-trained and knowledgeable safety specialist with commensurate independent authority in this regard.

HPD Tech is determined in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and deems it very important and critical to the successful conduct of our business and operations. We are therefore committed whole heartedly in complying with applicable health, safety and environmental regulations and other requirements in all our operations.

Objectives

To give highest priority to safety, in selection of plants & equipment, erection and commissioning activities.
To provide the information, instruction, training and supervision necessary for all employees, to enable them to work in a healthy, safe and efficient manner.
To develop operating manuals for each process, with safety provisions duly highlighted.
To provide safety training to employees and contract workers and to ensure use of safe work practices.
To inculcate safety culture in the organization where safety is manifested in each employees mind, thought and expression.
To strictly adhere to the safety related laws, rules, procedures framed by the Govt. and to take appropriate action in case of violation.
To identify and eliminate risk related process by carrying out safety audits.
To ensure, prepare and update disaster management strategies and organize mock drills to keep the concerned personnel prepared.
To give priority to occupational health of its employees.
To continuously strive for improvement in safety performances.

Work Force

Our specialty engineering is completely Technician / Artisan oriented. And this is where we score over others in the field. We are surfeited with very highly skilled technicians and also capable of mobilizing a competent work force at a short notice. The Company employs highly skilled plumbers and other technicians who are well trained in quality atmosphere. The technicians force includes persons from Odisha and Tamil Nadu. As Odisha is known as the land of Plumbers, a major force comprises of technicians from Odisha.

The Qualified and experienced supervising staff and Project Managers effectively guide the skilled Technicians.
